How Does the Seed Scheme Work for Associations?

All new members will receive a Kings catalogue in their welcome pack.

If an association wishes to join the seed scheme you will need to:

Appoint a seed secretary to co-ordinate seed ordering on behalf of their members
Seed secretary to register the association with Kings Seed & collate/maintain all affiliate members’ contact details
Order your catalogues by contacting NAS Head Office.

Each year, NAS will email the seed secretary to check the number of catalogues required and confirm seed secretary details are up to date.

Affiliate members can individually order online too but the seed secretary will need to set them up with a profile once they have registered the association with an online account with Kings Seeds.

Registration

Most Associations, Individual/life members will already be registered with Kings Seeds.

If you are an Individual/life member or the seed secretary of an association and have not previously set up online ordering, click on the Login button below and input the relevant email.
If you haven’t previously registered, it will populate the information you need to register. Complete these sections and click on submit. This will send your application to Kings who will create your Kings account. This process may take up to 48 hours. If a seed secretary is also an individual member, they will need to be logged in to this members area with their association membership to be able to register the association Kings Seeds account.

Making changes to an existing Kings Seed account

If your association has an existing Kings seeds account and the seed secretary changes, you will need to email both NAS Head Office
at contact@thenas.org.uk and Kings at nas@kingsseeds.com directly to confirm those changes.

Please make sure to share the contact details for the new seed secretary or the catalogues for your association will go to the wrong address.

Affiliate members wishing to order online will need to ask their allotment secretary to set them up an account.

Logging in / Registration

If you have already registered, please click button below to login.

Kings Seed Log In

If you have not yet registered and are the seed secretary, please still go to the login page. Enter your email address and you will be redirected to the registration page to register for a new account. Kings Seeds will then activate the account and send you an email with your login details.

If you are an affiliate member and have not yet registered, please ask your seed secretary to add you to the online account.

Postage and Packing

Association orders over £75 to default association address - Free
Individual packing for association affiliates - £1.65
Association - Affiliates who choose delivery to their home address will incur the same postage charges as individuals below.

Individual and Life Member Orders

Seeds and sundries £2.35
Fruit or potatoes incur an additional £3.75

Fruits and potatoes are sent separate from seeds.
The maximum postage charge is £6.10 for items in the member’s catalogue.

Ordering by Post

Individual and Life Members -

Complete the green order form and return with payment. Please remember to include postage. If your order contains seeds, sundries, fruit and/or potatoes your total postage will be £6.10.

Association Orders -

Simply collect all the green order forms and payment from your members, collate the data and enter on the summary sheet. Send all the forms along with the top three copies of the summary sheet and payment to Kings. Please include the £1.65 per head fee for individual packing.

Please note: The final total line is missing on this summary sheet - please write your final total in the “PAYMENT (please tick)” section. Please make any specific delivery details clear on the order forms.
Delivery is made during working days. Please provide an alternative address if this could cause a problem.

Direct Despatch, Sundries Section and Fruit Bush Order Form

These items are for direct delivery to your affiliate member and have a lorry symbol against the product, and although their cost should be added with your total remittance on the summary sheet, they will be despatched straight to your member’s address, when the goods become available.

Please ensure we have your member’s full name, address and telephone number and any specific delivery instructions.

One of many valuable benefit to our members; annually, Kings Seeds produce a special NAS Members catalogue for both individuals and association members that is dispatched in early August. The prices in this catalogue are already discounted by 40% on mail order prices and Associations receive further discounts for bulk orders.

Kings Seeds are not allowed to export seeds to countries outside the UK (Northern Ireland included) without the customer purchasing a Phytosanitary certificate which costs anything upwards of £250.00. For more information, please contact:
