We are pleased to be returning in 2024, with the All of Wales NAS photo 📷 competition.

There will be prizes!!! Certificates, photos in the Allotment magazine, framed at shows and shared to NAS Facebook pages for allotmenteers to marvel at the wonderful efforts everyone has made on their plots 👩‍🌾 👨‍🌾🪴🌞

The categories are;
1. Around the plot in 90 seconds (video tour of entrants’ plot)🎥
2. Photo of ‘Wildlife on the allotment’🐝
3. ‘Wonky vegetable’ photo🥕
4. Photograph of a dish 🥗 made from your produce.
5. Hamper display photo 🍎
6. Proud of your plot/site photo 😍

These are the competition rules for our NAS Wales Photo Competition 2024

• One photo per person per category. Must be Welsh allotmenteer and photographs must be in Wales.
• All ages are welcome to participate.
• All photos must be original work taken by the entrants of their own allotment plot and/or produce.
• The photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
• Photos must be submitted as described.
• Name, address a,nd e-mail of entrant and address of Plot must be given to NAS Wales – (privacy notice on NAS website).
• Entries will be judged by NAS. All decisions are final. NAS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to the rules.
• The entrant allows NAS to use the photos, eg, publishing ina  magazine unless stated otherwise.
• A panel of judges will select the 3 best photos from each category after the closing date of 12th August. This shortlist will go to a panel for the final judging. There will be one 1st prize of £50 for each category, with runners-up receiving a certificate.

Winners will be announced during ‘Allotment Week’ beginning 12th - 18th August.
